3. DO NOT USE Microsoft Internet Explorer. It is NO Longer supported for use with Blackboard. Please use Chrome or Firefox.

• Your Username and Password are the same as your Campus Connection username and password.
• Please make sure you are using the correct login credentials.
• Access Blackboard.

• Microsoft Office 2016 or Office 365
• (Students can download Office 365 from their student email)

Proctored Exams

Some online courses require students to have their exams proctored by an approved proctor or proctoring services. This will be noted in the Class note sections of Campus Connection and can be viewed by potential students prior to enrolling in courses. This will also be stated in the course syllabus. Other outside proctors, including ProctorU may charge a fee to proctor exams, these fees may vary. Any cost associated with test proctoring is the responsibility of the student.

State Authorization

Students Outside of North Dakota Interested in Online Programs from 冰球突破豪华版游戏下载 state and federal laws require colleges and universities to be authorized to offer online degree programs in states other than their own. 冰球突破豪华版游戏下载 is a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA).

Online Student Complaint Process
When a concern with the online faculty member or their Department Chair is unresolved informally, a student may make a formal complaint. A formal complaint must be presented in writing, on the Complaint Resolution Form, to the Vice President for Academic Affairs or designee. The written complaint must be submitted within 15 calendar days following the action or matter that initiated the complaint unless the Vice President for Academic Affairs or designee agrees to receive it beyond this time frame. See the Student Code of Conduct for complete details.

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the College level, all students can contact the North Dakota University System (NDUS) which is governed by the State Board of Higher Education. The NDUS is also the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) portal agency in North Dakota.

Williston State College permits students to demonstrate college level competency and establish college credits by successfully completing portfolio(s) demonstrating and documenting learning gained from non-academic sources equivalent to traditional non-resident courses.

Prior learning is designated as traditional, non-resident credit. Some examples are certification such as First Aid CPR, Military Training, Industrial Certifications etc.
